Lane Wars is an RTS-like auto battler. Purchase buildings, balance your resources, and optimize your lanes to take down each round's enemy towers and base.

How to Play

Beyond the tutorial

Building & Economy Tips

  • Each building provides starting resources to cover the costs of building its first unit(s).
  • For each 4 gold you have the end of a round, you earn 1 gold of interest.

Resources & Workers

  • Purchase Food or Wood resource patches to sustain your army. They are randomly placed in a ring around your town center that gets further out in later rounds
  • Resource patches that are further away hold more resources
  • Food is all you need to build Tier 1 units. Wood is needed to build Tier 2 and higher units
  • Use the Resource Distribution slider to distribute your starting resources between Food or Wood
  • Select your Town Center to distribute workers between collecting Food or Wood
  • Town centers automatically generate +1 worker every round (automatically assigned to food)

Async Match‑Ups

  • At round start your base layout is saved to the server under your name.
  • Your opponent is a real player’s previously‑saved base, chosen at random from that round’s pool. Counter them as best you can while prioritizing your overall ability to control lanes and destroy towers.

Combat Mechanics

Each Attack Type has a damage multiplier versus every Defense Type. Greener = more damage, redder = less.

Banners

Purchase banners in the shop and apply them to one of your gold towers to grant extra stats and effects to all units in that towers' lane.
